Return Policy

We are happy to accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. All return shipping labels will be provided by us.

Personalized and customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable including all items that have been engraved. 

All returned items must be in its original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label via email.   Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages or Wrong Item Received
Please inspect your order upon receiving and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us so that we can send you a replacement right away. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized and customized items are non-returnable including all items that have been engraved. 
  • We cannot accept returns/exchanges on sales items or items purchased through rebate programs.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds
Please allow us 72 hours to receive your returns back into our inventory. After this time, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
